Jean Troxel began studying painting about five years ago. She has trained in landscape, portrait and figure painting, and continues to study 19th century painting techniques with Richard Halstead in suburban Chicago. In addition to the fine arts, Jean has enjoyed a wide-ranging career in graphic design. This includes theater set design, magazine production management and her current position as a print buyer for the Archdiocese of Chicago.
