
Challenge: When Riviana was acquired by the world leader in the rice sector – Spain’s Ebro Puleva – the question was how to communicate that the company remains American through and through.
Solution: The first step: branding. We developed the theme line, “America’s First Family of Rice Brands,” to speak to Riviana’s roots as well as to the breadth of its product offerings. Images of American ideals reinforce the theme and promote trust in the brand. In addition to quality content, providing interaction with readers is a key element of successful sites. For Riviana, we developed pivotal navigation that lets the reader zero in on the information he or she seeks, without unnecessary searching.
